Duplicates of car numbers of Ukraine in 3D and 4D format are volume numbers on cars that meet all the requirements of DSTU 3650: 2012 as amended in 2015.
They look like a standard license plate of Ukraine: on the left is a blue bar with the flag of Ukraine at the top and the inscription UA below.
Each number plate has a series of holograms UA at the top and a lower hologram of the manufacturer Kievznak, fully meeting the standards of Ukraine for duplicate license plates.
The plate surface is reflective.
